Wagly is a UAE-based online pet lifestyle store. We offer everyday pet products, and Pet Memories — personalized, made-to-order keepsakes created from your own pet's photo.

You must be able to enter into a binding contract under applicable UAE law to place an order with us.

We try to describe and price our products accurately, but occasional errors can happen. If we find a pricing or description error affecting your order, we'll contact you before proceeding, and you may cancel if you'd prefer not to continue.

Product availability, descriptions, and prices may change without notice.

Placing an order is an offer to buy a product from us; it isn't accepted until we confirm it. We may decline, limit, or cancel an order — for example because of a pricing or stock error, or suspected fraud — and we'll let you know if that happens.

Payments are processed securely through our e-commerce platform, Shopify, and its payment infrastructure. Wagly does not receive or store your full card details.

When you create a Pet Memories order, you upload a photo and provide personalization details (such as your pet's name). By uploading a photo, you confirm that you own it or otherwise have permission to use it for this purpose.

We create a design preview based on what you provide, and production only begins after you approve that preview.

Your approval confirms that you approve the design for production. It does not waive your rights relating to manufacturing defects, damage in transit, our fulfillment errors, or a finished product that materially differs from the design you approved — see our Returns & Refunds Policy for how those situations are handled.

The Wagly name, logo, and site content are owned by Wagly or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

You keep ownership of any photo you upload for a Pet Memories order. By uploading it, you grant us a limited license to use that photo solely to create, produce, and fulfill your order.

When using our site, please don't upload content you don't have rights to, upload unlawful or harmful content, or attempt to misuse, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our site or systems.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Wagly's liability in connection with your use of the site or an order is limited to what's reasonable and proportionate for an online retail and personalization service. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable UAE law, or any right you have under applicable consumer protection law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do; continuing to use our site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
